175B Circular Cutter
The 175B Circular Sample Cutter quickly prepares samples used for determining basis weight of sheet materials including paper, paperboard, corrugated, textiles, and plastic films. The cutting area is 100 cm2.
Electric Circular Cutter (RL-ECC-A)
The Electric Circular Cutter (RL-ECC-A) is used to cut corrugated samples and other materials such as textiles, cardboard and paper. It is ideal for preparing samples with an area of 100 cm2. It has an ergonomic design and an easy-to-push-down operation. It is used for grammage and measurement of other properties. This circular sample cutter is electric and has a rechargeable battery, though you can also use it by plugging it into a power adapter.
It is autonomous and portable, and its cutting thickness is up to 7 mm. Its standard cutting area is 100 cm2, but other sizes are available upon request. Its three blades work simultaneously, offering a fast, clean and safe cut. It has a CE mark, and cutting is only activated when the handles are pressed to maintain safety.
It comes with a power supply for the rechargeable battery, a spare set of blades, a supporting mat and an Allen wrench to replace the blades.
GP-21 Sample Cutter – Pneumatic
The GP-21 sample cutter is a pneumatic sample preparation machine used to cut samples for quality control and research and development testing. It can prepare samples for Concora medium, ring crush and corrugated crush tests and tests for tensile strength, tearing resistance and bending resistance. It has an iron-cast frame, alloy steel die and punch, a feeding table, and a cut-piece guide. Its pneumatic system consists of a piston and two activating buttons.
Pneumatic Strip Cutter
The CAP-21 pneumatic strip cutter is used for corrugate sample preparation. Its pneumatic drive ensures rapid and accurate sample preparation. It has a cutting strip, 10 spare blades and tools. Its sample width is 160 mm (6.3 inches), and its cutting height options are 25, 32, 50, 60 and 63 mm (1, 1.25, 2, 2.36 and 2.48 inches). Its cutting thickness is 12 mm (0.47 inch).
